Refund & Return Policy

Our promise: We believe in full transparency. Sample deposits are 100% refundable. Fabrics can be returned within 7 days subject to restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Clearance stock is sold as-is.
1. Shipping
- Orders of ₹300 and above ship free, anywhere the order is delivered
- Orders below ₹300 are charged a flat ₹100 shipping fee, regardless of order value
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days
2. Fabric Sample Deposits — 100% Refundable
- Sample deposits (Rs.500, Rs.1000, Rs.1500 or Rs.2000) are fully refundable
- Return your samples in good condition within 7 days of delivery
- Refund is processed within 48 hours of receiving returned samples
- Refund is made to the same UPI/bank account used for payment
- Damaged or unreturned samples may result in partial or no refund
3. Fabric Sales — Returnable with Conditions
Fabrics sold by fixed 3-metre lengths are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Fabric must be unused, uncut, and in original condition
- Customer bears return courier charges (both ways)
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount
- Refund is processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned fabric
- Fabrics that have been washed, cut, or altered are not eligible for return
- In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent, full refund with no deductions — return courier borne by us
Example: You purchase a 3-metre fabric for ₹900. You decide to return it unused within 7 days. Refund = ₹900 − 15% (₹135) = ₹765, minus return courier charges.
4. Custom Made-to-Measure Orders
- Custom curtain and blind orders are non-refundable once the fabric has been cut
- We encourage you to verify all measurements and fabric selections before confirming
- If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will rectify or replace at no cost
- Colour variation of up to 5% from sample swatches is considered acceptable due to lighting differences
5. Clearance Stock
- All clearance stock sales are final — no returns or exchanges
- Products are sold as-is and are clearly described on the website
- In case of a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
6. Installation Issues
- If curtains or blinds are installed incorrectly due to our team's error, we will rectify at no cost
- Please inspect the installation before our team leaves and raise any concerns immediately
