By using the Decor Drapes website (decordrapes.com) or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Decor Drapes is a made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and home furnishings business operating in Bangalore, Karnataka under the UBH brand (established 1991). We operate as a home-visit service — customers browse online, receive fabric samples, and receive professional measurement and installation at home.
2. Sample Kit Orders
- Sample kits require a refundable deposit (Rs.500 for 5 samples, Rs.1000 for 10 samples)
- Samples are delivered via Porter or Uncle delivery app — delivery charges are borne by the customer
- Samples must be returned in good condition within 7 days of delivery
- The full deposit is refunded within 48 hours of sample return
- Samples remain the property of Decor Drapes at all times
3. Made-to-Measure Orders
- All curtain and blind orders are custom made to your exact measurements
- Orders are confirmed only after measurement visit and written approval
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut
- Typical lead time is 7–14 working days after order confirmation
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on final measurements
4. Clearance Stock
- Clearance items are ready-made and sold as-is
- All clearance sales are final — no returns except for manufacturing defects
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed
- Delivery charges apply and are borne by the customer
5. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing
- GST and applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice
- No public price list is displayed — all quotes are provided after measurement
6. Installation
- Professional installation is included with all curtain and blind orders
- A measurement visit fee of Rs.500 applies and is adjusted in the final bill
- Installation is carried out by our trained team or authorised partners
- Customer must ensure clear access to windows on the day of installation
7. Limitation of Liability
Decor Drapes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays in delivery, colour variations due to screen display differences, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka 560076.
